T206 Konetchy double name identification help needed
1 Attachment(s)
I have this Konetchy catching paper loss variation (Piedmont 150) that has a different name at top. The team is Detroit, is the player Jennings?

Almost looks like Jennings. Either way it's Detroit.

Thanks Josh...it definitely helps to easily make out the Detroit. Jennings is the player from Detroit that seems to me to match up the best.

The only other player it could be would be Davy Jones but it definitely looks like a "Je....." the letters after look scuffed off.

Is that the rare "Konetchy Catching Whipped Cream" version??
|
It is Jennings

Jennings for sure. Nice card:

Whipped into submission
Thanks again for another great matching job, and it would have to be the Jennings Portrait since the card back is Piedmont 150. And after closely examining the card in question, I have determined it is not paper loss that Konetchy is catching, but instead whipped cream as suggested, or perhaps shaving cream. Will have to give it the taste test.
