Two PSA Certs?

Has anyone seen two PSA certs like this on the same item? Seems strange.

When certs are lost, they can not reissue a cert for that #. They have to reauthenticate and issue an entirely new #.

I agree with Richard, how stinking stupid is it to put those worthless stickers on the front of that card. what a bunch of boneheads. You can't even put that in a mat around the signature because of the sticker over by the S
