Anyone know what school this bank would be associated with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's what I thought but then I thought they were the Cyclones. I just looked it up and they do use a cardinal as a mascot.

Not my field of expertise, but Illinois State University uses a Cardinal called Reggie Redbird as a mascot.

That is definitely the Illinois State Redbirds!
My soon-to-be daughter in law is a graduate and I would be interested in buying it as a Christmas gift if you want to sell it.
