Are Custom Cards gradable ????
 

I just went on Topps website. I don't know why it popped into my head but I created a custom card of my 3 year old son. I think I'd like to do this every year and then hand them out to the family.

But the question is can I get it slabbed? Would PSA or SGC put it in a case as a phantom/custom card. Could I get them to slab it rookie card, etc.??

I plan on posting the picture of the card when I get it $9.99 for a pack of 8 cards. I'd like to have the cards protected for every family member.

I think (not certain) that PSA does a custom card encapsulation, I heard they come with a green label instead of red.
