Autograph Identification - Possible Early 1960s Yankees Related

I'm usually pretty good at this but this one has me stumped. The ball is a 1961-62 era Yankees ball that I got from a former MLB player of that era. The signature in question is between Luis Arroyo and Bob Stafford. I'm seeing something like Spec A Murray but I don't get any hits. I know some of you guys know everything there is to know about the Yankees, maybe someone has an idea who this is?
