George Sosnak hand-painted baseball MOVED TO EBAY

Here is a beautiful hand painted baseball created in 1965 by artist George Sosnak. This one-of-kind item comes from the estate of longtime collector George Keniston, who passed away earlier this year. On this ball, Sosnak tells the story of the 1940 all-star game. Featured on the ball is Max West, whose home run won the game. Sosnak's all-star game balls have sold from $1,000 to nearly $9,000 in auctions over the last few years. I'm asking $1,900 or best offer for this one. PayPal, check or money order is fine. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking, Chris

To me, Sosnak balls are tremendously undervalued. This one is more jam packed with stuff than any other one that I have seen. Really a glorious example of his work.

Edit: By the way...how did that American League lineup only manage to put up three hits the entire game? Yeesh.
