Needing some N28 Expertise--
2 Attachment(s)
I have an Allen & Ginter Tim Keefe.
I don't know if it's a skinned N28 or something else. I know it's not an A16, cut from the album-- those have nothing under the name as opposed to the N28's, which have the Allen & Ginter Cigarettes logo under the player's name, as does mine-- But could mine be cut from an advertising poster?--Do those or any other cut-outs have the Allen & Ginter Cigarettes logo under the player's name? Also, can anyone give me a reference site where A16's and other such designations are listed? Thanks for your help. Doug |
Doug- I've owned quite a few N28s & your Keefe appears to me to be just that. The tell-tale sign is the rough factory cut on the right side (front) of your card. I believe this is a skinned N28.

Skinned regular n28 card.
The banner also has no "Allen & Ginter" ad below the subjects name. Nice front image, too bad about the back but this is commonly how they are found once glued into scrapbooks. |
Kudos to Net 54 Experts--
Thanks much, Jeremy and Rhett.
That's good news and makes me feel more secure as well. |
