Opinions please on Mel Ott
 

This 3x5 was part of a large lot I purchased years ago. The seller was not confident in the authenticity and the price I paid for the lot reflected that. I had written it off as no good but hung onto it on the 1% chance it might be real. Now that I've been on this site for a while, I finally took the time to dig it up to ask for the expert opinions of the members here. Any insight is appreciated!

EDIT: The signature doesn't take up the entire 3x5, I cropped only the signature to get a closer view. I can scan the entire thing if need be but I feel like I'll get closure on this one pretty quickly. ;)

That wasn't signed by mel

Too choppy with no flow. Ott was very smooth and fast in his writing and generally more compact with his signature. I do not believe this is authentic
