Pete Rose Turf Where 4,192 Hit Landed - Impeccable Providence - w/Photos
 

I'm looking to sell one of two items I have related to Pete Rose's 4,192. Prices available upon request. Just e-mail me via messaging on the site.

I'll have access to the lineup card in December when I am back in the US.

The lineup card was displayed at a restaurant run by Willie Deluca, and the turf was held by DeLuca for Rose for a long time when he got banned.

The lineup card has a note signed by Tommy Helms testifying to the authenticity of the item, as well as pictures of Helms and Rose at the 4,192 game together, and a letter from George Scherger, since deceased, that states that Helms posted and removed the lineup cards for every game.

The turf is signed on the back and notated that it came from the 4,192 game and I have a photo of Rose signing the turf too.

The turf is custom framed in a couple glass sided frame. I can get actual pictures from the Reds Hall of Fame if someone is interested.

I can get additional lineup card photos in December.

I think that you mean 'provenance' and not 'providence', although providence is always helpful.
