Topeka Santa Fe BB Team Photo
 

Hey everyone,

I have an old photo(?) of the 1911 Topeka Santa Fe Railroad baseball team.

The arrow points to my great-great grandfather.

Anybody recognise anyone from the photo, any future major league players? I'd be interested to know any info anybody knows.

Great pic. I'm from Topeka, and my family dating back to the 1800's worked for Santa Fe in Topeka. Thanks for sharing.

Owen I'll see if I can get you in contact with someone that knows about those teams. I know they had multiple teams for the same year depending on how good they were. They had teams through the 20's and probably into the 30's. I think the one I have is from a 1920's team and I've seen some from around the 1909 time frame.
