Anybody in the Richmond, VA Area that can do me a favor?

I Bought a pennant from an auction in the Richmond area that does not ship. Anybody in the area willing to pick it up and ship to me? I'll pay $20 plus the postage. UPS store wants $45 for pick up which I think is a little crazy
