There are no markings at all on the white one. Anyone have any info I can add?

My dad used the whitish one in the late 70's or early 80's when he ump'd. He used to get mad when I played around with it lol

I have the white counter and am pretty certain that you could get it through a Topps promotion in the late 1970's-early 1980's.

Here's one from Topps on this 1968 wrapper, not sure if its the same one the OP is selling since the picture is generic
