Help ID these Cubs autographs
 

I picked up this ball at an estate sale. It has ten Cubs signatures. Thanks to dgo71 for recognizing four of them and narrowing the date of the sigs down to 2001. There are just two left I'd like some help with.


The first one looks like it starts with an R or a K. The second player appears to have the initials J.B. (dgo recognized the third one in photo 2 as Kevin Tapani)

the top one looks like ray king, he played for the cubs in his rookie year of 1999.
second looks like jason bere he played in 2001
