PP gift only please. 1. 1923 dated Press photo of Jack Dempsey. Unusual photo apparently caused a furor when it was hung in KC with landscapes. Very different photo. Appx 5x7. 15.00 2. Judge Landis Vintage press photo. Great image of the Infamous first commish tossing out the first pitch. Condition issues, but neat image. Used vintage and later again. SOLD 3. 1991 baseball HOF press tags for induction and the game. First-ballot nominee Rod Carew joined Ferguson Jenkins, Gaylord Perry, Tony Lazzeri and Bill Veeck as the Baseball Hall of Fame welcomed five new members on July 21, 1991. Kinda neat. Pair for 8.00 4. Johnny Groth signed letter and envelope to the Bristol Red Sox declining an invitation. Nice signature of this old time star. Comes w orig envelope 10.00 5. Pair of KC Royal Rejection letters. Last couple of these I have, I think. Poor guy was trying to get a job for summer and couldn't win. One of these is signed it seems by famous exec John Schuerholz.
