18 Card 1941 Playball lot
 

Working on a set an would like to sell my dupes to fund a HOFer or two. Nice lot priced at $180 for the lot. $10 a card is less than I have ever paid for one...mostly very nice, will do my best to describe below, pretty strictly graded...many cards worth slabbing if you do that sort of thing:

3: Bucky Walters Strong VG-Ex or better, minor registration issues
15: Joe Cronin. Weak card with back issues. P-F
24: Dutch Leonard: F-G appears better, spider web creases and slight ink bleeding
32: Taft Wright: Strong colors, VG-EX
36: Barney McCoskey: Nice VG-Ex or a little better
38: Atley Donald: VG-Ex Soid
43: Albert Brancato: Strong VG
44: Sam Chapman; VG-Ex
45: Eldon Auker: VG-Ex
48: Cecil Travis: VG-Ex

Tougher High numbers:
50 Cooney: F corner issue
52 Higbe: VG, very slight crease but nice card
53: Hamlin: F minor ink
55: Whilow Wyatt VG-Ex
56: Johnny Vander Meer: looks VG-Ex or better, but close examination shows a print line...probably does not affect technical grade
58: Frank Demaree VG-Ex+
65: Tommy Bridges: G-VG...looks VG-Ex at a glance but minor issue in one border
69: George Case: VG-Ex some very minor product staining.

Included is a representative back scan...can send more detailed scans and would also consider trades...need 1941 PB Vaughan, Gehringer, Greenberg, Ott, Reese...can work it out if there's a cash difference either way.
