Most of the individual cards are gone, so now getting into some odds and ends.

This auction features April 7 1910 Sporting News Supplement of Eddie Collins of the Philadelphia Athletics.

This one was originally purchased by the gentlemen which I bought this collection from on a PWCC auction (not sure which year)

The front presents nicely, back damage is prevelant as residue around the edges where it was mounted to be either in a frame or scrapbook (front and back photos provided to show condition)

Bidding starts at $14 and bid increments in any whole dollar amount accepted.

Shipping will be $6 to the final bid.

So did it end AT 10:00:00 or 10:00:01 because the way I see it, if a bid comes in AFTER 10:00:00 it is too late. If your rule states that it "ends" at 9CDT, that to me means any bid before 9:59:59 or 10:00:00, would win it, NOT after 10:00:00. :D

To be fair, i got on the computer at 9 and then type it was over. Another bid came in while I was typing but I was not aware of that at the time I was entering the post.

So.....I have awarded this to the high bidder at the time I indicated it was officially over.

Not trying to be unfair here. I have done a BUNCH of auctions in the last 5-6 months and have not had one with this much very late action in that time.

I will be listing another one of these - Mordecai Brown tomorrow night to end on Thursday.
