Ruth post cards?
 
Over the last 3-4 years i have been collecting ruth cards along with working on my t205 set. From the dozen or so i have bought to the many i missed out on, to the ones i have seen i never knew even existed, its been an awesome hunt.

I have been thinking about what origional ruth post cards are out there. If anyone has any would love to see what exists, even if they arent for sale. Post them post cards if you have any. Thanks in advance.

1. 1916, "Mr. Ruth, pitcher" at Laconia, New Hampshire
2. 1927, Ruth and Gehrig at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis
3. 1928, Ruth at Seminole Indian Village (the "blob" is in the negative)
4. 1929, Ruth with Tom Mix, Charlie Chaplin, Jack Dempsey, Harold Lloyd, Douglas Fairbanks, Charles Lindbergh, and Al Jolson
5. 1939 Ruth and Hall of Fame class

Great info ty! I have seen the one with ruth and chaplin, but not the others. I do remember seeing ruth with an american indian but not the one you posted. Thanks again

I saw a ruth post card once - with an American indian in it. Not the one posted above. But i think the indian or maybe even ruth was wearing a head dress... I could be wrong but I know there was another with an American indian

anyone here have it ? if so would love to see it :D As well as any another ruth postcards

Don't have a picture handy, but I believe it's an exhibit card. Adam Warshaw is the expert on these.

Photo-Roto is a great name.

It isn't an Exhibit. The Indian headdress card is Jim Thorpe.
