Inscription on baseball?
 

I believe this is Garth Brooks and it looks like the middle line says "God Bless" but can anyone decipher the top line? It could possibly be a name or 2? Or something else?

Any help or guesses would be appreciated! Thanks!

Just a guess, but here goes...

The first character strongly appears to be a T. Then you have the big bubble hanging below it that I suspect is an "o." So that is "To."

I have to think the rest of that indecipherable scrawl is a name. :)
