This guy gave me a sob story about how he had an unexpected bill, he just got a divorce, yadda yadda yadda.....asked me to cancel his transaction, and refund his money, yet his feedback continues to grow because he keeps buying cards!!! Do youself a favor and block...

I remember reading about this guy back when I was in high school - he was the farting champion of southeast Ohio.
