Has anyone ever consigned to Grey Flannel and if so did it work out well?

I helped them get some deals back in the day and I think they used to be good. I think there has been some changing of the guard and I would not help them in any way anymore. I was treated very poorly via an email conversation I had with people there and I was trying to get some advice on a couple of game used items I was considering consigning.
