Ruth Opinion on this 1935 Silver Certificate

I received these images in an email. It comes with an LOA but I don't want to say from whom, for now. Is it authentic? I gave the person my very novice opinion.

And, BTW, I've yet to see a genuine signed bill.

I didn't think so either. The LOA is from Garo :).....

I believe the Priest - Humphrey combo dates from the early 1950's, after Ruth's death.

Except of course that Ivy Priest was Treasurer from 1953-1961.
