Gee, how do you know the National is coming up? Somebody's going to jail.
How many years now has this been the pattern? |
His criminal defense attorney Blake Hendrix and his civil attorney Brett Myers of Dallas filed a motion July 2 to dismiss the June 8 order.
Myers appears to be a labor and employment attorney. |
A lot of bad stuff has been coming out of Arkansas for a long time. I won't touch the stuff.

bad stuff
Bad stuff?? Like Dorial Green-Beckham???
|
I think that the "snapshot" of his legal problems covers 7 pages on the internet says it all.

Scum!
I am almost positive that this is the guy that I shipped a signed Yankee Team baseball with Gehrig to in the late 1980s for him to consign in an auction. Well......we all know how that turned out! Being a starving College kid, I did not have the wherewithal or the resources to chase him as he constantly had excuses as to when my money was coming etc.... He finally just broke contact and I had not even thought about it until I saw this post. Absolute scumbag. Deserves everything they can throw at him.

I wonder when Peter Nash will write about this fraudster? I mean he must be really double and triple checking his facts and sources before he breaks it out on Hauls of Shame.

"Net54 moderator Dan Bretta then chimed in and added, "There's only one reason someone consigns something to CC...they know it's a fake" and also stated, "(I) really had no idea that John Rogers was mixed up with CC (Coaches Corner)." ... But McDaniel, Bretta, Warshaw and others failed to reveal the shortcomings of the SCD article and the veracity of the accusations they leveled in the public forum. ... Like McDaniel, Robert W. Fraser is another close Lifson confidant who has also used Lifson's lawyer's services at his behest while Dan Bretta is a Net54 moderator who is aware of several cease and desist letters sent by Lifson's attorney, Barry Kozyra, threatening legal action if members make negative comments about his client who is also well-known in the hobby as an admitted thief of rare baseball artifacts. ... The false accusations made by McDaniel and Bretta opened the door for Fraser, a convicted felon from Westwood, New Jersey, to post additional statements to slander Rogers. ... Sources indicate that McDaniel, Bretta, Fraser and others knew full well that the Rogers LOA's were forgeries, yet chose to post the accusations anyway." _________________________________________ BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!!1 |

And the relationship between Nash and Rogers is business...Rogers loaned Nash money. Why? I have no idea, but I have suspicions. http://www.nydailynews.com/blogs/ite...ntry-1.1632058 |

And who believes anything Mike O'Keeffe writes? That guy? I wouldn't trust him at all. He's no good. |

I'm just glad the stuff I bought from Rogers nobody except me would ever buy. Well, I'm glad until I decide to sell it to no one.

Rogers fraud is off the charts....is there a sliding scale for gift baskets for these guys? Sort of like the standard wedding anniversary gifts. You know like 1mm in fraud is paper, 2mm in fraud is silver and so on.....
BTW, if there was ever a photo worthy of an entire thread of PhotoShop fun it's this one. I mean was this guy busted for sports memorabilia fraud or for hanging out near a Chuck E Cheese? http://photos.imageevent.com/piojohn...ed/image_3.jpg |
Dgb
Just kidding on the DGB comment.....trying to get ready for football season.....Jerry

Here is a document showing the amounts of unsecured loans he gave to Peter Nash over a short period of time. Perhaps Mr Nash can now bail out Mr Rogers? |
At some point don't these guys realize they will be caught?
It just doesn't make sense. Greed, arrogance, ego, lack of moral character...im guessing all the above have to be present for these jackasses to persist with their ruse. It doesn't make sense that seemingly intelligent people decide to become dumb. Although I keep overpaying for cards so go figure. |

"Alleged serial fraudster John Rogers was arrested last night at the Fox & Hound sports tavern in North Little Rock."
Any chance he paid his bill there before he got escorted out? Hopefully they got him before his order of wings were ready. |
Fox & Hounds Tavern has announced their daily special is a Buck Rogers; a dollar hot dog that is shilled to cost no more than $10 to any customer willing to make the gamble. Warning, dog may be counterfeit, or Type 2.
