There was a discussion (on the psa forums) on a 51 Mickey that there was a PSA 3 that was determine to be a FAKE SLAB!!!
The OP questioned the label on the slab, which the grade was much 'bolder' than the rest.

It looks like someone wasted 3k on that one. I don't understand why PSA can't take a photo of high end cards to keep in the database when you verify a cert #. It would make it a lot harder to pass fakes and would add credibility to the company and their product.

weird that so much time was made to make the fake but they coudnt print the same bold for VG and the 3.....what if the print font was the same..? seems like they can do that...guess no one would of spotted it then
