My survey data agree with you regarding the most common common. 504T. Maddox 1 in 317 cards (0.60 difficulty) I think some of the Pirates (Maddox, Phillippe, D. Miller, Abstein) were double-printed (or at least extra-printed) with Piedmont 350 in response to their World Series win in 1909. Donnie, Beyond the pop reports (which are very skewed to higher value subjects), I don't think these data are available without some independent number crunching. The pop reports also tell next to nothing about the relative scarcity of specific front/back combinations. Scot |
