Found this 1940 All Star game program at my wife's grandmothers house. I am not sure who the auto is from. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like Joe E. Brown who was an American actor that died in 1973. Nice piece and sig. It was very common for entertainers to attend such high profile sporting events like this one.

I'm pretty sure that's Joe E. Brown, the comedian and movie actor. He was baseball fan and that's an understatement, so it would make sense he'd be at the All-Star Game. You can find many photos of him in the dugout with the game's biggest stars.

Darn Tom- you beat me by a second!

Any idea what this would be worth. I've seen some programs sell on Ebay for up to $190 the past couple of months. This is in great condition, been sitting in a drawer for probably over 45 years. Not intentions of selling it, just wanted to get an idea.
