I don't know where in the city you are, but there's one just north of Wrigley Field at Clark and Grace. I can't think of one downtown near the draft.

If you are still in Chicago tomorrow (Sunday, May 3, 2015) there is a card show just west of O'Hare at the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 1725 Algonquin Road, Schaumburg, IL.
