I've been trying to put together a want list for myself to keep me somewhat focused.
What're the top couple items you're actively looking for?? I'd like to get a 1936 GPC signed by Rapid Robert. |
baseballs signed by Andy Anderson and Mickey Grasso.

A Maris and Hodges GPC are on the top of my want list.I hope to pick one of them up sometime this year.

I'm always on the look out for neat Russ Van Atta and minor leaguer Jack (John) Glynn signed pieces. Just missed a cool scrapbook and signed page from Jack Glynn when he was with Birmingham in 1938...

I had not even noticed the content of the writing on the back and am very glad that it was able to return back to the family, which is where he had thought the note was going to in the first place. Tom C |
Hey that IS a neat piece. Van Atta was from where I went to High School - Sussex County, NJ. You used to be able to go into any tavern or hardware store in the county and count on seeing a Babe Ruth signed photo. The reason was Van Atta and The Babe were close pals and he used to visit Van Atta often to hunt, fish and golf.
