Need Help with 1995 New Jersey/St louis Cardinals Minor League Autograph
 

I could use some help to identify this autograph. I got this ball in a collection. It is from the NJ/STL Cardinals minor league team. The date is 1995, I think their second year. It may be from an executive or coach. I looked at an old program but no names matched. The first name is Thomas J. The last name could be Trasky or something like that. Any help is appreciated.
