Forgive me for the new release article here, but from my last article, I can tell this is the happenin' forum! If it is just not allowed to have this article here in the pre-war forum, please delete as I have it in the modern already, but thought you all would get a kick out of this too.

A good friend of mine (who is a full-time dealer in the area) sent over the selling brochure of a new card release.

Apparently it is the most polarizing card issue ever created, because while most dealers have been made privy to them, many flat out refuse to carry them. Those who don't hate them are trying to get their hands on as many cases as they can before they dry up.

My friend says it is set to a limited print run of 30 cases, with 5 boxes per case, 3 packs per box and 4 cards par pack. The design looks gorgeous, but I must admit, this is out there.

I'm not supposed to show the selling brochure as it is supposed to be dealer only, but I just had to post it, because I cannot find a single thing online about it!

Very slick looking patch cards. I like how they do not hide behind any legaleze and make it hard to determine if the jerseys are game worn or not. I'd rather game worn, but as long as the players wore them, I'm good.

Nice work - I knew pretty early on it was an April Fools joke, but kept reading because they got increasingly funny. I didn't get the "Four One" until the end though.

It's a scientific fact that Brian Wilson's beard hair can give a normal person superhuman strength and has even cured cancer in lab rats.

Knew it was a hoax when there wasn't tin foil and a BIC lighter next to the spoon. Fool, you could've marketed it as the Free Base subset!:D

Hahaha...you know but what frightens me is that I wouldn't put it past the manufacturers to make some of these after all...
