Tapatalk mobile software replacement on Net54baseball?
I see many of you use Tapatalk. For a variety of reasons I would sure like to take it off of the board. Does anyone know of a good alternative that they are familiar with and works with Vbulletin 3.8.x? If someone can do the "heavy lifting" for the change, and it's a good solution, I will compensate in some form or fashion. Thanks much...

Forum Runner is a pretty good app for iOS and Android, but I think you have to buy the app.

Leon,
I just sent you an email with some info & links. Z Wheat |
Tapatalk is great because it works on iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and others.
If you change, please take this into consideration. Typed by a happy Windows Phone user! |

I also have a Windows phone. Not that I use it for much, or much at all.
But it is annoying that nearly every app I want is Iphone or android only. The big companies that limit their coupon apps to those two like Wendys and a few others especially annoy. It's not like they can't find a college kid to write the app for Win phone. Steve B |
Windows Phone
Here you go...
http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us I own a Samsung one and have been extremely happy because it's the best integration I've ever seen, seamlessly integrating MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., so I can actually work right from the phone. And it pulls from the Web, my own files, Cloud, contacts, etc. to deliver whatever I'm looking for or working on right onto the phone. It's a tiny fraction of the smartphone market, but I've found it to be damn impressive. For what it's worth... And yes, Tapatalk works on it extremely well. Tapatalk actually works on just about any phone platform -- including some of the non-smartphone platforms that integrate Web. And no, I have nothing to do with Tapatalk. I only use it to read Net54 content... Robert S |
