1901 Braves vs. Chicago Cubs Scorecard - Waddell Pitching***SOLD***
 

Boston baseball scorecards from the 1890s early 1900s were his simple foldover type. This noted “Official Score Card” is scored for the first game of a doubleheader 5/30/01 game against the Chicago Cubs or as they were known in 1901 – the Chicago Orphans. Date of game recorded in pencil at the top of the scorecard.

Cubs won 4 to 3 behind the pitching of Rube Waddell who is noted as the starting pitcher. Waddell played for Chicago just for one year in 1901.

Scorecard in near ex condition with some wear as shown in scans. Scored with some random notations on front and back. Price ***SOLD***
