Thoughts on these Yankee pickups?
 

I picked up these three autographs this month at great prices. I thought I would get some opinions on them as I think they are all authentic.

Rivera and Jeter are both good, nice pickups

Edit: I'm assuming these are not preprinted, the signatures are spot on if they are original and not reprints.

I may be wrong, but the Mantle almost looks pre-printed. I say that, because there are so many premiums with the same greeting, style, and placement. Are you sure it is a live signature?

Happy to help. I believe it to be a career contemporary piece--some sort of fan mailing or something to that effect--so it holds some value. Here is a picture of the letter I believe the image was sent with:

Any idea on the value?

I don't keep a good record of the prices I pay and could not find it in my prior email communications. I think I paid somewhere around $40-50 for the letter and photo. From the pictures, it looks like someone trimmed the bottom of your photo a little bit. That notwithstanding, if you waited a bit I think you could get $25-30 for it. I haven't seen them for sale all that often. And, if I did not have one, I know I'd be a buyer at at least $25 just to cross it off my list.

Looks like the first Mantle photo posted is from a year later than the one below as the text has changed. The first one references his stats following the 1967 season, and the second one references his stats through 1966.

Good call... I think I need new glasses.
