Here are some snapshot photos of Mik Braves vs Cin Reds on 9/28/1958. These originated from the Hartland Plastic Company Files. Photo studies of different players. There are 11 snapshot photos of Bob Rush alone. Maybe he was being considered a figure? Unique for sure.

Boy, if he did make the Hartland cut, he probably would have been more scarce than Groat.

Had all the Original Hartlands and the new ones too. Sold all a few years ago.

Yeah, I couldn't understand it either. I believe the Hank Aaron figure came out in 1958. Maybe they wanted another Brave? It appears to be photo studies...of course it's hard to prove that, but having 11 snapshot photo of Bob Rush in different pitching poses..
