Ultra Rare 1992 Topps James "Jim" Beckett BGS 5 Sample Card
 

In 1992, Topps produced a set called "Stadium of Stars" about key hobby executives. Some people handed these out readily, like our very own Rich Klein! Others were like Dr. Beckett, who is a bit shy and didn't like handing them out. As a result, there are virtually none of his cards on the open market. This one is extra special as it was used as a sample card internally (I helped start BGS/BVG in 1999) when testing Beckett Grading slabs. You can clearly see the different label and low serial number. Need money for Leon's auction, so I will sell for $50. Money order or check please.

I have an uncut sheet from that set available for sale. No friggin idea as to price but has to be almost unique.
