1929 Kashin Cards question
 

I recently picked up a lot on ebay and most of the cards were listed as EXMT, but it seems that most are a tad short of the 3 3/8x 4 1/2. Are these known to come from the factory like this or should i be concerned? The edges feel smooth even on all cards even the two that measure out perfect.
