Photo/team question
 

Picked this up the other day and looking for ideas of year and what league it may be from. I was thinking college (California maybe) but figured I would toss it out to the experts here to see what type info I might be able to get.

I'll upload a larger scan once I get it in hand. I guess it has McGregor stamped into the photo but don't know what that means either.

Added a better quality image so its easier to see the player/uniform for the old photo guys whom have gone silent. :)

Stock is a very thick stock for a photo and the outside edge as an emboss all around it.
