Earliest card of still living players (Bobby Doerr)

Just something to do factoid of the day: Mike Sandlock is the oldest living former player but I don't think his first card came out until his 1953 Topps. So digging around a bit I come to the conclusion that the 1936 Goudey Wide Pen Bobby Doerr as the oldest baseball card of a player still living. If there is a fact checker out there and I am wrong I would love to know.

Bobby Doerr "If I had played on a world champion, that would have made my life complete."

The Doerr is a 1937, not 1936, due to being Canadian Type 4, but not sure if there is an earlier card of a living player.

Interesting question though!
