Opinions on Williams/Dimaggio all star ball

This is an all-star team ball from 1951. I like these older signatures and was wondering if anybody could put in their 2 cents about the authenticity of the older Williams and DiMaggio. The DiMaggio looks like his vintage signature, but I can't tell about the Ted Williams. Any expert opinions out there? Do these look good? |
The photo sucks. I will say I would buy it but again I would like to see it with a much better shot.

OK, Thanks for the feedback, Shelly.
Hopefully these two pics are better. The DiMaggio comes out light. The only concern I had was that the Williams was so much darker than the rest of the signatures, which is kind of odd...and it doesn't appear to be traced over though...just a strong inked signature. |
I would say both are good. The only thing that throws me off is the s.

Thanks for the feedback.
Yeah, I think I know what you mean. It's interesting you pointed that out. It's not the usual way he would loop the end of the "s" down, but I think in his pre-late '50s signatures his "s" either stopped before the loop or even finished with an up-stroke from some samples I've seen. |
