Question for the experts? Fellow on the bottom right. Looks like Ey Barg....

I read it as "Ed F. Bang" so I just earched that name and found that there was an Edward "Ed" F. Bang, who founded the Baseball Writers' Association of America and was involved in the game in the Cleveland area. He was sports editor of the Cleveland News for 53 years. I don't know if that makes sense with Schacht and the other, or why he'd be on an image of Greenberg, but maybe this helps?

It is that Ed Bang. He is one of the signers on the All America Board of Baseball Certificates with the full name Babe Ruth signatures.
