92 topps printing error?
 

I came across this card earlier. The printing is so messed up on this card that it is almost hard to look at because it looks blurry. The reds and blues seem to be messed up

Not really an error; just a misregistration from printing plates being lined up a few hairs off.

Fairly common in that set. I have a big stack of the Wade Boggs and I don't think a single one of them have a nice clear picture.
