Looking to purchase Rose postcards - graded or ungraded as long as they have decent visual appeal. Will purchase outright or have lots to trade. Let me know what you have.

Thanks Jeff. The Rose PC of Johnson is literally a card that I had been looking to find for the past 30 years. For the longest time, I was only aware of a single example - Ron Menchine's. But, when REA auctioned his collection and it was not there, I figured that I would never get one. And then two pop up in the same year, by the same auction house! Go figure.

Great card, glad you got it. I wonder what happened to Ron's.

I have no idea whatever happened to several of Menchine's best postcards. He had an Addie Joss Day postcard also. As far as I know, they have never shown up. From what I hear, Menchine's collection was not very well organized and it is possible that they were accidentally thrown out when his estate was settled. Hopefully, they are just lost for the time being and will eventually show up in an REA auction.
