6 Attachment(s)
Hey guys...I need help with these 2 auto's balls I've come across...I can make out stan musial and martin marion so I'm thinking late 40's-early 50's cards ball for one of them. The other...the whiter one I cant decipher who's on the sweet spot.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
Sorry, need better pics. Too blurry.

Marty Marion |
3rd pick down- Fred Martin, Rocky Nelson and Cloyd Boyer the last signature. It's hard to tell the other signatures.
|
thanks guys so far...so late 40's-early 50's partial team signed cards ball.
Any ideas to est value? 2-300 maybe? |
Stan Musial below Enos Slaughter
|
|
That looks like Erv Dusak. Is this a service team ball? I might be interested if you're selling.

Im still guessing cards team ball 46-51 which corresponds to dusaks last tenure w/the cards. Why would u guess service ball, Ken? |
My mistake, I was looking too quickly. All the names we through out there were vets, but not Marion. Sorry!
|
i see rocky nelson...also on the 1950 cards roster.
|
Pic 1: Agree its Michael Restovich
On the Cards ball which I'd say is a 1950. Pic 2: Marty Marion (sweetspot) Pic 3: Fred Martin Howie Pollet Johnny Lindell (i think) Chuck Diering Rocky Nelson George Munger Cloyd Boyer Pic 5: Enos Slaughter Stan Musial Erv Dusak Either Ken Johnson or maybe Tom Glaviano, cant see well enough Pic 6: Ed Kazak Red Schoendienst (again cant see well enough) Joe Garagiola (I think) |
wow Jim...impressive! I was looking for red schoendist but couldn't really make it out...I'll have to look closer.
Any idea on a value? |
I'd estimate $300ish, plus or minus based on condition which is hard to ascertain from the pix.
