Features lots of local photos and articles of Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, Southwest Conference and (then) expansion Dallas Mavericks, with articles written by local Dallas and Texas sports writers and personalities including Norm Hitzges. Original shipping labels still on covers. Issues are in Excellent condition.

Also included in the lot is a 1979 Smith and Street College football annual. Issue is in good condition with some wear to cover.
