I need help on this Old Judge Cabinet Ganzel I know it is not a N173--size is 41/4 x 6 Who can help me on Ganzel. thanks, Don---check scans

That does appear to be an N173 of Ganzel, from 1889 (when he played for Boston), with the bottom 1/2" trimmed.

I checked the N173 checklist and Ganzel does not appear in the set!

Hi, don't know if you have the Photographic Baseball Cards book that Jay. Joe and Richard published. If so check page 65 and you will see Ganzel Boston listed on the coupon on the left side of page.

Hello Don,

N173 (and N175) listings are notoriously incomplete. Ganzel has a couple N173 poses with Detroit and Boston. The Detroit N173 example below is from my collection and I have seen several others (Boston more common than Detroit).
