There are a lot of other chemically altered cards in this scan (Bender, Krause, Konetchy) in addition to the Dooin you are seeking. It was altered in some way post-production. I would guess that whatever adhesive was used to put it into a scrapbook reacted with the ink to give the interesting effect it has.
