William "Yank" Robinson had his best season in 1887. Robinson batted .305 with a .445 OBP, 74 RBIs, 32 doubles, 75 stolen bases with
the St. Louis Browns of the American Association. Yank batted .326 with 15 Hits in the 1887 World Series.

I don't have a scan available, but the only Buchner I have is Ed Beecher, because he was the only player from the 1887 Pittsburg Alleghenys that isn't in the N172 set.

I'm not sure if this card is from the Buchner set. If someone could let me know one way or another if it is or isn't. Thank you in advance for any information on it.

My favorite baseball related N284 is Von der Ahe. His card actually closely resembles what he looks like.

Hello Troy, nice to see you posting on the board. Here is my less interesting N284 Brouthers. I've had a hard time getting enthused over the Buchners but have slowly added some Detroits when the price is right.

Some HOFers. Probably the least expensive way to acquire them, but I still like 'em!

N284's are a great way to add some nice HOF cards from 1887 which may be out of my price range from other period sets....
