Are these printer's lines?

Hey guys, I just finished soaking this Raymond (before and after shown). While looking at the results I noticed the two small horizontal lines in the middle of the card. Pretty small, & while I'm no expert in this area they look like printers lines to me. Any opinions?

I think they are. They are also in the middle of the top and the bottom, though those are harder to see.

How did the back come out after the bath?

Thanks for confirming Bryan. The back is improved over what it was, but paper loss exists as you can see. I picked this and a few other low condition cards up to experiment with soaking. If anyone's interested I just used distilled water and let it sit for 24 hours. When I bought it on Ebay, it looked like there was paper stuck to the back as opposed to removed. :(
I still think it cleaned up nicely. A quick shout out to Frank B, Frank sent me several emails with examples and his thoughts on soaking when I asked the forum some soaking questions, about 10 months ago. Thanks Frank, I've learned a lot and had a ton of fun!
