Sweet, figured it out. Just need to select embed on the Youtube video, then copy the line with the iframe brackets. It won't show up when you preview, but it will be there when you do the post.

It doesn't seem to work in private messages, however.

Good to know. I always assumed since it wasn't in the preview that it didn't work.
