From the depths of Fred's Back Room I offer this little GEM--The Gillette World Series Record Book-1953 Premier (1st Issue) w/ forward by Jimmy Powers. Issued by Gillette Co., on the Golden Anniversary of the World Series. Hy Turkin was a noted Editor of many baseball encyclopedias & publications.

This was a premium w/ the purchase of a Gillette Razor Kit. It remains in WONDERFUL condition, as issued, w/ very clean F & B covers and pages white as snow--NO yellowing paper. Only flaw is a tiny paper nick top rt corner--NO writing nor torn pages.

Booklet is filled w/ records & information as stated on the front cover. 95 pgs w/ Team rosters & lots of other odd-ball info.
