73's and 74's

I have 2 of your requested '74's (#35 (perry) and #599) in what I feel is the condition requested. I am not a pro grader but they both seem flawless. I also could offer you a starter set of '73's, 35 in number also in the same condition. I'll send them to you for your approval, and then you can offer me returns from the following cards from your trade list. Here's my priority order:
Send me your address and I'll get them out to you. I trust the cards you send my way will be in similar shape except where noted.

1)'72T's#'s604, 653, 671 and 721
2) '64T #543
3)'66T #288
4)'70T #'s499, 596, 613, 652, 667 and 688
5)'68T--#'s103 and 130
6)'78T #696
7)'77T #633
8)'74T #'s7, 87, 230, 306, 354, 379, 443, 542 and 567

You can PM me or e-mail me jmcilvaine@mariners.com

Further trade discussion

The 1974 #599 is Dave Friesleben w/a SD cap.
I looked on your trade list, and maybe I only saw a portion, but the cards I listed were ones from there, which don't total 35 in return. Since you are so condition sensitive, let me send the cards to you first for your approval. The 73's are #'s3, 4, 7, 8, 15, 17, 22, 24, 33, 39, 43, 44, 45, 48, 53, 57, 62, 65, 69, 73, 79, 87, 97, 102, 108, 113, 127, 129, 141, 143, 157, 166, 167, 197 and 262. If there are ones that don't measure up in your mind, just remit them with your return and we'll make adjustment(s). Pls send me your address: jmcilvaine@mariners.com

trade

in your last post are you saying that you want to trade 35 cards for 35 cards???? please clairify as I'm lost......if you want to trade card for card there would be no way I could do that as all the cards that you listed have a value of over $100 and the cards I'd be getting from you would only come up to $25, if that's the case I would have to pass on trading all together. what I can and only will do is send $25 in trade from the cards you listed that you want. Many of the cards you want are quite expensive so I have to draw a line on what I can do trade wise.....sorry

Have a bunch of 73s in the EX++ range available for trade. Here's a scan of the first 8 cards for you (reverse chronological order so high numbers first). Let me know if you're interested.

packerfan1964 12-17-2014 09:14 PM

martingale.......sorry but i no longer do trades to other countries due to the high postage costs and the paper work needed to do a trade.....sorry

martingale 12-18-2014 05:05 AM

San Juan has a US zip code (00911). No paperwork required and it costs the same as shipping to Florida. Have done many trades here without any problems (quitcrab, autocentral, zact, jdeptula, robsbessette, goferboy00, basherboy, veloce, etc.)

packerfan1964 12-18-2014 09:15 PM

ok thanks for the info but to play it safe i'm going to double check with my local post office here before i commit to do a trade of any kind....things tend to change here from day to day with the us postal service

packerfan1964 12-19-2014 09:46 PM

looks like you are right so it looks like we can work on something.....check my trade page for my '73 wantlist which i just posted and for the stuff i have to trade.......some of my vintage cards from '76, '77 and '78 are pending in a sale but all the rest of my vintage is available FT

martingale 12-20-2014 08:21 AM

If possible, would like to see scans of 72T (161,162), 69T (285), 68T (103,130), 64T (543), and 63T (126).

The eight cards I scanned for you are all in your want list. I have many more in similar condition.

packerfan1964 12-20-2014 09:25 PM

sorry can't do a scan.....but i do guarantee that the cards are in nm condition...you will be very happy with them....bv on the cards is $73.....i'd be very interested in receiving a lot of the same value of '73's from you as i do like the condition of the cards in the photo
